We are a company specialising in consumer mis-selling from the mis-selling of goods and services to the mis-selling of insurance and finance related products. We are a company regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of claims management activities, registration number CRM19324.

We have a wealth of experience in identifying mis-selling practices. We have a panel of specialist solicitors and we instruct expert witnesses and barristers to compile detailed claims, which we then pursue on behalf of our clients.

Our policy is to take no fees until our clients are reimbursed and, therefore, you have everything to gain and nothing to lose by instructing us to pursue a claim for you.

Our offices are based in Altrincham in Cheshire but we pursue claims for clients across the entire Country, our client base amounting to many thousands of satisfied clients nationwide.
